Each additional guest not included in the reservation will have a charge of €10 per night.

Late Arrival:
Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10:00 p.m. it will be €50 and after 1:00 a.m. it will be €100.

If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be €30 until 10:00 p.m., after 10:00 p.m. it will be €50 and from 1:00 a.m. it will be €100.

If the arrival day is 1224, 1225, 1226, 1231 or 0101 the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10:00 p.m., after 10:00 p.m. €100 and after 1:00 a.m. €150.

The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will be applied (€5personnight, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances, including inside the apartment and on the balcony. Receiving a report or having evidence of smoking will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least €400.

Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report andor the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.

Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.

The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.
